ShortCutz | Weekly Session #342
Every session, you can watch short films straight from our Official Selection, followed by a ‘gezellige’ Q&A with the teams. The Sessions are English spoken, and the films are subtitled in English.
After each screening, we interview the team behind the film and get to know more about their process and vision.
The special guest of this week is Willem Bosch (1986 – Tilburg), a prolific screenwriter and showrunner. He was responsible for Dutch hit TV shows like Feuten, Van God Los and Penoza. For his more recent work he was Executive Producer en sole writer voor Canal+ Original ONE OF US, earning him raving reviews and a Gouden Kalf nomination for best screenplays for a drama series. In the same year, he was also a showrunner for the first Dutch Disney+ Original NEMESIS, which premiered on the platform at the start of October and was a massive hit.

For almost a decade, De Kring has been the home base for the Weekly Sessions of Shortcutz Amsterdam, a platform for up-and-coming Dutch film talent.
